Microdermabrasion

The microdermabrasion system was designed by Mattioli Engineering, an Italian company. Based on innovative design and invaluable experience gained over 20 years, the system can offer therapy that works for everyone achieving a young, glowing look.

The simple design of the machine has been specifically aimed at the therapist who is certified, and highly qualified to carry out a wide range of treatments on a routine basis in the clinic, both safely and effectively. This system is widely used in Europe and has recently received FDA clearance in the United States.

About the Treatment

Clinical Background
Chemical peeling and manual dermabrasion are the traditional techniques for the treatments of a range of skin abnormalities. There are restrictions and difficulties associated with these common procedures since they can be painful and rapid re-treatment is not always possible. microdermabrasion is not painful and does not require pre-treatment or topical anesthesia. The real benefit is that after treatment, you are able to leave the clinic with a clean and fresh sparking tone: a regeneration of the epidermal cell structure. Your safety is an important issue to both you and your therapist, therefore the entire treatment is performed in a sterile environment. All tools that contact the treatment area are either sterilizable or disposable.
