Breast augmentation is body contouring surgery that in the past decade has achieved a high degree of acceptance and patient satisfaction.  The overall effect of breast augmentation is immediate enhancement of the figure, enlarging and reshaping breasts that are small, asymmetric, or malformed.

Cosmetic breast surgery is performed in the office. Currently we are using the saline filled implants that have a rough texture that lessen the chance for scarring. The procedure is done under a general anesthesia at an affiliated hospital that has a very competitive fee for their procedure. The anesthesiologist that we utilize also price their services competitively.

Breast implants are inserted through a small incision usually in the lower border of the areola.  The implant itself is made of soft silicone filled with sterile saline.   The implant is either a round or a natural profile.  It is usually placed where it rests behind the natural breast tissue.  The tactile and visual effects of breast augmentation are natural and nipple sensation remains intact.  The small scars fade gradually.
