Garland resident John D. Seifert M.D. has seen his Dallas-based Texas Regional Cosmetic Surgery Center become one of the more broadly equipped and multi-disciplined treatment facilities for procedures ranging from tattoo and age spot removal to liposuction and facial reconstruction.

John D. Seifert M.D. is the Medical Director of The European Skin Care Institute of Fort Worth and Colleyville and received his medical training at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After serving in the U.S. Army, he came to Dallas to complete a general surgery and then Otolaryngology residence at Southwestern Medical School. He received Board certification in Otolaryngology, followed by board certification by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in May 1997. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society of Lipo-Suction Surgery, Inc., the Society for Office Based Surgery, and Fellow of the International College of Surgeons.

"We started the organization as a very positive tool for public education and to foster positive interplay among our members, " Seifert said. "Our entire concept is to provide a total picture of the treatment regimen, to include staying fit, eating right and exercising as well as outlining the many cosmetic surgery options.
